David Smith – Consultant Solicitor

David served his Articles in Tottenham and upon his qualification became a partner in Alfred Slater & Co., and then Fairbairn Smith & Co. where he continued until that firm was incorporated into Duffield Harrison LLP.

He undertakes a variety of common law and trust work including contentious probate and trusts, (he was the instructing solicitor in Vacciana V Herod - [2005] All ER (D) 200 (Feb)), property disputes, professional negligence, contract and landlord and tenant work, both commercial and private.  He holds a part time judicial appointment.

Away from the office, David is involved in various local organisations and enjoys family activities, sports spectating, and cycling.
