Jessica Penrose – Conveyancing Paralegal – Hertford

Jess graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2019 and has been working within Property in various firms since. Jess joined our firm in 2021 and she is based in the Hertford office. She works with Lorna Rooke, as her Paralegal, in the Conveyancing Department. Jess primarily deals with sale transactions and re-mortgages, but she is also in training for property purchases and new builds.

Outside of work, Jess regularly makes trips back to Norfolk at the weekends to spend time with her friends and family (mainly her Staffy, Lola!) and enjoys walks along the coast. She is a huge fan of the Harry Potter universe and tries to visit the Warner Bros Studios in Watford at least once a year. Jess is currently trying to learn Japanese as she hopes to visit Japan soon.
