Richard Morley – Solicitor – Enfield and Hoddesdon

Richard is a solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department and represents individual and corporate clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including:

· Property Litigation including:

o Commercial Landlord & Tenant

o Residential Landlord & Tenant

o Real Property including Party Walls, Rights of Light

· Contentious Private Client including Inheritance 1975 claims

· Employment (Employer and Employee) including Settlement Agreements

Richard also undertakes Family work in the following areas:

· Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships

· Financial Remedies: on divorce or dissolution

· Children Law (Private)

· Cohabitation (including Cohabitation and Separation Agreements)

· Nuptial Agreements (Pre-Nuptial and Post Nuptial)

Richard qualified as a solicitor in August 2014.

Richard has a good relationship with specialty barristers across the areas he practices in and also undertakes advocacy work himself on behalf of clients in the County Court and Family Court.
